NeuroVoid: A Journey Through the Mind

In this FPS-puzzle hybrid game, you will experience the story of a patient undergoing an experimental treatment for epilepsy. NeuroVoid offers a unique experience where players work to regulate neuron interactions, battle tumor tissues within the brain, and explore its depths, all in an effort to overcome the challenges posed by epilepsy.

Gameplay

In NeuroVoid, as part of the treatment, you will find yourself in a meticulously crafted simulation that reflects the complexities of the human brain. Within the simulation, you must direct laser beams to activate neurons. Establishing these neural pathways will allow you to progress through the simulation and reach other regions of the brain. Laser beams activate the corresponding colored pyramids (neurons). By using reflective objects in the environment, you can direct the laser beams to the appropriate neurons to activate them.

Tumor tissues located in different regions of the brain make the treatment more challenging. These tissues will attack you within the simulation, trying to stop your progress. At times, you’ll need to battle these tissues to continue the treatment.

Story

NeuroVoid is not just a game; it’s a story-driven experience. Through cut-scenes and in-simulation announcements, you will uncover the personal reasons why your character volunteered for this radical treatment and learn more about the treatment itself.

As you progress on your journey through the mind, you will explore various brain regions, each with its own unique landscapes, stories, and puzzles to experience.
